The only problems we encountered were with the sub-trades who kept coming and going causing some delays due to them not completing their part of the job. I recently engaged in a house extension project, went through 2 previous builders who weren’t fit for the job. After a quick search I contacted ADG, Alki specifically and obtained an estimate within 2 days. Extension went very smoothly and their trades had even done extra work after hours to make up for multiple rain days where no work was done.
